They say, you can never be an adult if you have no wisdom teeth yet. I don't reallknow why they call it that way. I don’t even care.

Speaking of these teeth, yes I am having them. I am 25, and obviously, an adult. I have my 4 wisdom teeth growing but only 2 are fully visible and 2 of them are driving me nuts. I woke up Monday and my tooth hurts like hell. The culprit, my wisdom tooth is growing. Yeah, it decided to grow only after 25 years! It's my first time tohave tooth problems and now I understand how painful it is!!

Today, I haven’t slept well. Even when I’m there lying on bed, asleep, I can still feel the damn pain that never goes away. I feels like something’s digging inside my mouth, on my right check up down to my neck. It drives me crazy especially when it excruciatingly throbs nonstop like it has a mind of its own. I can't sleep if I don't take meds for the pain. I now sport a “cute mump” on my left cheek, kinda noticeable when look closely. I talk funny, I eat on one side of my mouth and I can't laugh as boisterously as before. I can't even eat solid foods..been eating oatmeal and noodles for 4 days now. Blech!! The gums on left side of my cheeks is swollen. It feels like I had been punched on the face a thousand times over.Now I know how Manny Pacquiao feels like after a boxing match. According to Eric, my jaw is so swollen that I now look like Charice Pempengco! WTF!!!!

I can go on forever complaining about this. I wish this would end soon before the weekend so I can eat like a dignified person. Lol! I'm just looking for an excuse to eat and celebrate after this. I'm badly craving for pesto pasta. Blame it on Sassy Lawyer's blog for her pesto pasta recipe . For now I'm just gonna whine my days away. Boo hoo!

Another dilemma is about my dog Maki who has stopped eating dog food. This became a huge problem for me because that means I have to either cook or buy food for my dog now that he refuses to eat any dog food I serve to him. Before when he was a puppy I started feeding him Vitality then switched to Beefpro then Selecta. Since last week he simply wouldn't touch his dog food. I hardly cook pa nman so what I did is buy canned food and that's what I feed him. Sometimes I buy lutong ulam from the carinderia. It's hardly table scraps at all coz what I eat, he eats it too! Sushal na aso dba?? My mom would kill me if she learns about this! Haha I know table scraps are bad for dogs but I'm running out of options on what to feed him. Matakaw pa nman ang aso ko. Plus it's so hard when it comes to cleaning up after him. He leaks everywhere! The neighbors are getting pissed now because his favorite spots are infront of their doorsteps. Buti n alang ma-PR ako sa kapitbahay ko..I am somewhat able to get away with Maki's mishaps. Although Maki is kinda on the mischievous side he still manages to charm people with his looks. He is playful with kids, barks at strangers, at times he runs after them but thank goodness never have bitten anyone yet. I get scracthes from him because he still thinks he's a puppy when he no longer is. I still have to bring Maki to the vet next week for his shots though.

I have been reading a lot online on what kind of food should I feed my dog. I barely have time to cook so buying cooked food is the best option for me. Everytime I prepare There's always dog food but I wanted to try the BARF diet for my dog. It's kinda hassle lang because I still have to buy and prepare them pa. Maybe my dog needs to switch to adult food now? He's 5months now..weighs 8.5 kilos now and very playful. Anybody can recommend something for my dog?? I tend to be picky when it comes to buying dog food so I seeked help from Google of course! Lol

These should be avoided and include cooked as well as uncooked bones, chocolate, onions, macadamia nuts, garlic, avocados, mushrooms, grapes, raisins, and any spicy or greasy foods. Since dogs have different nutritional requirements due to health issues and life stages, it is best to ask the veterinarian about the best food for your dog.

Happy New Year!!



My greetings may have been late..but it's better late than never right? Xmas and New Year has been a blast. I am grateful that I was able to go home for Xmas. As they say, Xmas is best spent with family. As for New Year, I spent it in Manila as I have work na. But it was well spent with my other family here..New Year's reunion with the Iglesias clan (Eric's mom's side)
