I haven't been able to sleep soundly this past few days. I get up usually at 3pm then i can't go back to sleep again. I just lie down trying to shut everything out of my mind para makatulog ako. Then i suddenly received a text from my friend Mark telling me that he's with Malu and Nina G. (my long lost college friends who i didn't had communication with since graduation. That's like 3 yrs!! ) so super chikahan lang kme. Im kinda inggit kc they're full-pledge law students na..unlike me who is stuck working in a crappy ass job. That made me rethink my plans to go to Law school. With the situation at work today..im definitely considering going back to school to pursue my dream. Pero im not going back to 2gue..i might get a day job so i can have a normal life again and start with a few units at school. Sadly, i can't be a full time student again..i still want to work to pay my bills. I don't want to burden my family again with all these stuffs. Tapos na ang responsibilidad nila sakin..i have to fend for my own needs now.
I have a lot of problems lately kaya siguro i can't sleep soundly. Most of my problems are work related. Nkkainis kc we will have major changes nnaman sa USWB. Trouble is, it gets worse every month eh..everything seems to be a trial and error thing. By now dapat the management should have a defined system that works dko lang tlga ma-gets kung bakit paurong ang sistema namen ngaun. I always ask myself why can't we be at par with other callcenters??? Why are we still groping in the dark? Why do they change so many things all the time?? They're just giving us more and more reasons to quit eh. Honestly, i just can't work this way anymore.

Our big boss is here so everyone is uptight and on their toes. We had 2 back to back meetings with BN, a loooooong meeting yesterday that lasted for almost 2hrs and a brief one knina at 8pm. Kala ko mayayari na kme khapon kc we were supposed to attend a very early and very important meeting with BN last Sunday at 8am in the office in Antel Bldg. pero no one from our campaign went. Kaya i knew we were doomed. I was expecting all rage and anger form our boss pero surprisingly we just had a private forum with him regarding about "our challenges". He did get mad pero not like what we expected..in fact he was very calm and joking about it pa. Buti na lang tlga kc sobrang nkakatakot magalit un.
Some people got a taste of their own medicine at muntikan ng materminate because fo their attendance and tardiness. It was even emailed to everybody about the termination papers pero nagulat na lang ako they suddenly changed their mind. Coz she is a hitter and top agent???? Duh? Anu kaya un dba? Stick with ur decisions man para maniwala kami. Labo nyo din minsan eh.
Whew..im tired of all these meetings na. Im drained with all of these corporate stuffs. sheesh! Gotta go back to work!

I have been under the weather these past few weeks..blame it to the rain. We never seem to have sunshine these days. I know it's a lot better to sleep because it's cold but that makes me more tamad to get up and get to work. I always snooze my alarm kya i don't get to eat before i leave. I hate walking in the rain..makes my feet all muddy.
We went to Tiendesitas last Sunday night to chill. Trip lang kumain at uminom. May ehtnic dance presentation pa. I remember Uniweek at St. Paul where we had that every year. Cultural dances were always great there. I was ecstatic when i saw the dogs in the petshops there so i played with them by the windows. Sad though, because they were all locked up in cages and my heart broke when i saw how sad they were to spend the night there. If only have money to spare i will willingly buy all of them and bring them home. How can you leave all those cute puppies alone there? It's just not fair dba?
I was nearly drunk and tired at the same time. When Arni and I got home, we watched KC on the tube. I have been her avid blog reader for a long time na and its amusing how i saw her blog posts come to life in tv. A different side of KC Concepcion was seen on television as the Megastar's daughter shares her life in the City of Lights with ABS-CBN's TV special KC From Paris to Pinas. From high profile celebrity to low profile college student, KC shares her experiences, struggles and insights living away from the limelight, and far away from the comforts of home and family. I'm sure she had a blast..there's so much out there to explore and Paris is such a lovely place. Nainggit tuloy ako..i want to try living in a different place, well i am now, pero in a different country naman. Not all people can live on their own, to fend for themselves and be with other people and be independent. I have always been an independent myself so that won't be a problem.
I still have a nasty cold..i've been like this for 2 weeks na. It's hell. Hindi ako mkatulog ng maayos because of all the sniffing and my head feels like a bag of rocks. I just want the week to end na agad. Oh..i forgot i still have $1,000 to go for me to reach my quota. Im halfway there..nosebleed nnaman ito.

My throat was sore again yesterday and i had to take a rest muna coz i was having fever narin. Grabe i don't like being sick tlga. I feel useless and crappy. All i did was sleep and watched tv last night. Eric brought some food pero my taste buds were zilch. I felt so bad that i was not even thinking about my team if they had benta or not yesterday. This morning Eric and i went to Medical City in Sta. Lucia mall and had my check-up. Pinagalitan lang ako ng doctor because obviously i was not taking care of myself daw. I have to quit smoking na tlga if i want my throat to heal. That's not a hard feat naman kc i smoke 1 stick daily lang and i can go on weeks without smoking so it's no big deal.
I watched Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern yesterday where they featured bizaare foods in Manila. Andrew Zimmern gamely tried out everything! Including our famous balut, isaw, uok (which are these big fat white worms from coconut trees) dinuguan, soup no. 5, bananacue sticksa and raw worms from dead mangrove trees in Palawan. Funny thing is the only one that he freaked him out is dirty ice cream in buns!! Yes, that's right folks..weird daw un?? Eh super sarap kaya un!! One of my faves when i was a kid. Tastes like butter daw. haha I love that show! It's in Discovery Travel and Living every thursday morning 8am. Even though he eats totally weird and disgusting foods i still get hungry just watching him eat those stuffs.

I watched ANTM cycle 7 for the nth time last night and i still can't get over CariDee English! I love that girl. She's crazy and funny at the same time. She's the real thing. Although she does not have a killer walk like Naima and Eva she still rocks and take good pictures. Im glad she won instead of the super trying hard Melrose. I hate that biatch. Ugh!! Can't wait for Cycle 8. I know Jaslene Gonzales won. She looks like the younger version of Janice Dickinson kya naintriga ako agad to watch it. hehe
Anyways..i feel a lot better na kya pumasok nako. I don't wanna be a bum naman doing nothing sa bahay. My meds are so expensive!! I cannot go sick again. BAWAL TLGANG MAGKASAKIT KC MAHAL ANG GAMOT!!! Imagine 71 pesos per tablet for a freakin pain killer????? I'd rather have a generic medicine pareho lang naman un. Pucha, instead na gumaling at gumaan ang pakiramdam ko knina para akong nilagnat ulet sa presyo ng gamot! Naku the government must have something to do with this rather than speculating in this ZTE broadband controversy which is obviously bull. I mean..sumisingaw na lahat ang baho ng mga pulitiko and they're starting to point out everybody to blame. Geez..how low can you get dba? People are dying and suffering out there and all they could do is sit their asses out and prove out to the nation who has a bigger head . That is just a display of ego competition. Testosterone overdrive.
I gotta get back to work before i start rambling on other things. Anyways, the bagwa has been broken..I just had a sale after 3 days of hell! Im back in the game baby! 1k to go!!! gudlak sakin!

I did some serious shopping this week and burned money like hell! Ok..im exaggerating, maybe not that much..but i shopped till i drop this weekend!
Saturday - I was just supposed to do buy a few things for dinner that morning when i came home from work but then i wandered in this nook and cranny where a lot of people are busily shopping for clothes. It was like an Ukay-ukay pero its better kc the clothes there are not ukay material..more of like factory overruns ng GAP, RALPH LAUREN, GUESS and etc. Kala ko fake pero ndi pala and it was sold cheap ha. So suddenly i found myself carrying tons of clothes and frantically finding the right size for me. I have to make pigil pa kc i can't afford to get all of it naman dba kya i had to choose what i will keep. Man, that was tough! So i settled with the practical ones and dissed the ones that are not. I swear im gonna go back there and bring Arnie with me.
Sunday - Shopping again, this time with Eric then we went to Greenhills to find a decent longsleeves for him. Of course, i coudn't resist buying stuffs for me again kya we lugged shopping bags which seems to grow heavier every minute. Eric bought his topsider leather shoes and longsleeves for his internship. We even lurked in Ukay-ukay in Riverbanks and got super murang polo. He was excited to try it on kya we went home muna at my house. He even did a fashion show ala Sergio Santibanez! Nyahaha! Eric will kill me if he reads this! Buti nga wla pang pics kc nsa kanya ung usb eh haha
I love shopping tlga. I really do. It's therapy for me and i don't mind getting my feet hurt from all the walking and haggling. And im glad that i can take Eric anywhere. Although he is a bit hesitant to come with me in malls whenever they have a SALE kc maraming tao. Oh well, boys will be boys.
Thank god for pirated dvd's! Wala naman kasing original dvd ng ganun dba? So you can't blame people in buyinmg those things. Besides, lets face it, everybody buys pirated dvds. Im buying the complete season of ANTM kung meron lahat sa dvd. I also want HEROES, PRISON BREAK, FRIENDS, CHARMED and HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER. I really need to buy my own dvd player so i can watch all these girly stuffs. Tinutulugan lang ako ni Eric pag nanunuod kme sa knila eh. I keep saying that to myself pero ndi naman natutuloy. boo!

Toxic. That was my day was.
The minute i sat down and turned on my pc all hell broke loose. Transfers here and there, makukulit na newbies, pasaway na oldies and line problem plagued my day. I hate it when people don't listen to what i say especially with my agents. Cyempre it's my job to tell them what is right and wrong dba and teach them how to do it right pero why do they get offended when i point out things that they do wrong???? Napapahiya daw sila sa iba when i do that? WTF??!! How naive naman! Here i am trying to help them out so that they will learn to be better agents, closing their accounts, coaching them side by side to improve on their transfers, do product training and explaining a lot of things to them every single day..do they honestly think that i do these things para lang ipahiya sila??? Putek umiinit ang ulo ko eh!!
Some people just can't take criticisms! If i were them i would even appreciate that my supervisor is making time to teach me, or even crticize me kc i know that it's gonna be for my own good. Akala nila powertrip lang ako. I know i am strict pero i don't do powertripping. I don't find glory in putting other people down. I point out the mistakes and help them improve. If they can't get that in their thick head so be it! They just have to deal with my way of discipline or they can get out of my team.Beggars can't be choosers dba? Im not gonna last long in this company if i don't know a thing or two.
Buti na lang may benta na to compensate my aching head. Lord give me more patience..bka makasakal nako ng agent dito.

SM Supermarket and Unilever launched last June 7 a project called Greenbag campaign in SM City Makati in response to the country's solid waste issue. Under the SM Concerned and Responsible Eco-shoppers (SM Cares) campaign, the SM Supermarket officials encourage consumers to use a reusable, green, non-woven bag as a replacement for plastic shopping bags when shopping at the mall. SM Supermarket explained that the project, which aims to change the way Filipinos shop, is set to educate shoppers on their environmental duties and give them a practical tool for action.
I finally got the SM green bag! Nakita ko sa Riverbanks supermarket nung Sunday so i grabbed 2, 1 for me and 1 for Eric's mom kc bday nya hehe It's super cheap! Before it was only exclusive for SM Advantage card users lang with a minimum of 500php Unilever items purchase. Now its only 35php lang each. Not bad dba? Plus you get 2 points for SM Advantage card users. Eric was even clueless of the significance of the bag kaya mega explain ako sa kanya na it was SM's action to slowly replace plastic bags. I liked the slogan on the bag which says "SAVE A BAG. SAVE THE WORLD" and i even made it as a wallpaper on my phone. hehe
The bag is big but lightweight and is also funky so all the shoppers will have fun using this. Made of recyclable and washable material, each GreenBag is equivalent to two regular-sized plastic bags and can be used for two year’s worth of weekly grocery trips. Pero i will still go for these bags kc its reausable, eco-friendly and funky! So please, try to refuse plastic bags coz plastics don't decay, clogs canals when it rains causing floods and it's very harmful to the environment.

Mega pahinga ako this weekend but i still get to get out naman. Eric and I went to Loyola Memorial Park para bisitahin erpats nya. Mejo mtagal-tagal narin kmeng hindi nkkabisita sa kanya. Pareho sila ng death anniv ng tito bing ko who died 2yrs. ago. Ambilis ng panahon, dko namalayan na ganun katagal na sila hindi natin kapiling. Napakatahimik nung pumunta kme wla mshado tao and i felt for a sudden that my mind was cleared of thoughts. I succumb to the silence and the fluttering sounds of the trees from nearby.
Although i was feeling sick i dragged myself for a check-up which i really dread doing. I don't like the smell of clinics and hospitals. It makes me dizzy tsaka parang ang lungkot dun.Natatawa ako kc friday night i texted my Mom na my throat hurts again and this time it's worse kc inflamed na ung throat ko. She frantically called and made sermon kesyo im not eating right, i don't exercise and i smoke pa kya lumala ung throat ko. Sabi nya pa-chek up nako before it gets worse. Natuwa pako kc i will finally be able to use my Medicard kaso when we got to Medical City in Sta. Lucia wla na ung ENT. Corny dba?? So what we did is ate dinner sa mall na lang at nag-self medication na lang ako. Buti na lang the meds worked kc it's not sore na. Yay! The meds made me sleepy so i was dozing off every now and then. At least nkatulog ako ng maayos dba?
I didn't get to watch the premier of High School Musical last Sunday! Boo! Ayaw kc manuod ni Eric eh so i just dozed off again. Pero i got to watch The Buzz for my dialy dose of chismis. The headline was Camille Pratts is 4months pregnant and when Boy Abunda interviewed John Pratts for his reaction about the issue i was in awe of the closeness of their family. Times like this, family is the best people to run for comfort and they are blessed with that.
Sorry this entry is crap. I can't write continously kc mraming transfers. In fairness 4 na benta ko ngayon. hehe Back to work muna. I'll make it up next time.

My throat hurts like hell! It's been 2 days and it's killing me!! I can hardly talk..and i have fever na. I get this every year na lang. I guess this is normal in my line of work. Less talk na muna ako. I will prioritize calls na lang. Buti na lang friday na at least i can rest my throat this weekend.
Can you guys help me? What's the best remedy for sore throat? Strepsils doesn't work for me. I will try everything!

I'm back from my long weekend! I feel refreshed and well rested tlga. Pero pagbalik ko ng office i instantly felt the pressure again!
First, transferred stations. Flat screen monitor na nga pero super bagal naman! Then i lost all my documents! I dunno what happened pero bigla na lang nawala lahat docs ko. All my pipes are there pa naman. I immediately got help from our IT guys pero wala silang nagawa. All they retrieved was my old docs
which was 2004 pa.
Shit! What am i supposed to do now??!! I hate it when that happens..nwwala ako sa comfort zone ko and i can't seem to function properly. I'm manually retrieving all my pipes from my agents which takes forever naman.
Hay..anyways foodtrip nnaman kme ni Eric and we ate in Teriyaki Boy. I can say i have a new fave place to eat na. hehe

20. mins awhile ago i was frantically looking for another sale kc i have 1 charged account na eh kulang na lang ako ng $71 para ma-reach ko ung $2,000 quota ko. I silently prayed pa sabi ko.."god help me please. Ngayon lang ito so pls. give me a chance to grab it" "So what i did is binalikan ko ung notepad ko that contained all my callbacks..i tried calling this client of mine who was super interested for the website package at credit card na lang ang kulang pero 2 weeks ng voicemail mode! Nagulat na lang ako kc he finally answered the phone after 10 years! I was even stammering for his infos while getting his ccinfos..grabeh i was making super wrap up tlga para ma-shoot ung benta ko. Thanks god it did!
I super believe in miracles tlga! God is so good tlga!! Thank you lord for always being there for me even though i don't often visit you at church. You are so good to me kahit minsan matigas ang ulo ko. You are truly my rock and my refuge when my world is falling apart. Salamat po!!
We had our end of the month huddle up kanina at parang nabuhay ang campaign! Evryone is shouting, cheering and we had a gay dance showdown which is sobrang nkakatawa! I had the whole thing on video knina and i will post this asap.
August is a good month for me. Buti na lang at sinipag akong pumasok ngayon. If not, i would have never had reached my quota. $ 2, 060 revenue! haha Sarap! I can't wait for my incentive! Kahit mjo pipityugin lang ang incentive ko ayuz na rin un. Pang-shopping galore na rin! I'm so happy and fulfilled! Yay!
